Painting
Painting is the
process that identifies the company since its foundation.
The experience gained over the years allows us to paint the most varied materials: from natural (wood, cork, raffia, leather); to plastics (TPU, PVC, TR, ABS); plexiglass, glass, metals; for customizable effects.
We are equipped with a large fleet of machines: body cabin oven, manual painting booths, semi-automatic machines and several robots for automatic painting.
Thanks to a modern tinting system, we produce paints in-house in extremely short times. Customers have the opportunity to come to our office to customize the colors live with us. We have a lighting booth with controlled light and a spectrophotometer to check the correspondence between the color to be sampled and the product made and the uniformity of the batches made in production.

Artistic Artisanship
Our specialty is customizing the products, making them unique and precious
We realize special effects like multicolor stripes, application of gold leaf, enamels in relief or fillers, decorations with hand brush.
We have developed a technique to make inlays combining different precious materials: woods of various types, cork, microporous, mother of pearl, laminated metal...
The inlaid piece can also be enameled for an elegant and refined result.
We apply pearls, rhinestones, labels, accessories, both on smooth surfaces and with already prepared seats, both on rigid materials and on flexible materials.
We can also obtain the application site for existing products thanks to our internal laser and CNC machines department.
We have developed a pre-treatment cycle for gluing that involves the surface activation of accessories and application surfaces.
Laser
Among the technologies used within the company, there is Laser.
-carry out the hole for the insertion of flanks and heels on clogs
-create the seat for gluing rhinestones and accessories
-engrave channels and motifs for the application of glazes
-engrave barcodes on tags
-creation of house numbers and signs.
We have developed a special automation that combines a robotic arm with a laser. Thanks to this we can make continuous engravings on 3D and circular shapes, we maintain the maximum precision in repetitive positioning and we favor maximum safety in the workplace of the personnel involved.
Assemblies
With the cutting plotter we obtain adhesives that can be used for masking footwear components and accessories to be painted or excluded from painting. We also provide adhesives cut into various materials on commission.
We have several tools for drilling and assembly of components, thanks to which we are able to apply studs, rivets, plates and tags on any type of footwear.
We have developed a special process that allows us to glue transparent materials such as plexiglass, acetate, TPU, TR; without creating bubbles and air zones.
